1.NTC Thermistor: The NTC Thermometer is a vital component in which the NTC chip plays an essential role: its resistance decreases with increasing temperature. Usually, there are two different ways to protect the NTC chip: to coat it with epoxy or encapsulate it with a waterproof glass bead.
2. Wire: Wire is also an important component. Its main function is to connect the circuit and NTC temperature sensor. Different wires are available according to various operation temperature ranges, hi-pot test requirements, and application environments.
3. Filler: usually, the filler is epoxy, which can protect and seal the NTC thermistor.
4. Metal housing probe: The NTC thermistor will be potted into the metal housings with ring lugs or in cylinder shapes, which are made of stainless steel, copper, brass with nickel plating, etc., to probe and install for numerous applications.
